These “seafood stews” were originally created in the steam kettles of Charley’s Crab, Troy, by Chuck Muer and Chef Larry Pagliara.

Served with housebaked bread and cole slaw.  Steaks cooked to order and served with natural au jus, fresh vegetables and chef’s potato unless otherwise noted.
