Since the start of our company in 1988, I have committed myself to providing the community with restaurants that are friendly, upscale, affordable and simply great! Having spent seventeen years with Chuck Muer, I learned the value of securing only the finest and freshest ingredients for our recipes and then consistently preparing those ingredients with care and attention to detail.
We also know that quality food must be accompanied by efficient, friendly service. The key to our success will always be great food and wonderful people. My pledge to our dining guests is that I will never stop in our efforts to get better at what we do – each and every day.
